Reimagining Relational Grief

All relationships matter. The ending of friendships specifically can feel like a personal death, failure, or even abandonment. These break-ups can also leave us feeling even more lonely because they are oftentimes experienced even more deeply than romantic relationships, but do not receive their proper memorial, burial, funeral, or counseling.

All of our relationships, romantic or otherwise, hold meaning. This does not vanish when someone leaves our lives. So, where does the love go? What do we do with these ambiguous endings?

Testimonial

"Reimagining Relational Grief workshop was a truly transformative experience. Through Adriana’s combination of music, oracle cards, reflection, and community support, I found a safe space to acknowledge and release the grief of past friendships. Adriana is so warm and understanding and this class reminded us that we are not alone. I left feeling lighter, supported, and grateful for the experience. I am seeing my past friendships through a more loving and understanding lens. Can’t wait to do more workshops and work with Adriana again!"
